Do you think L.A. would have the same problem with mudslides as it currently does, if the city was undercoated with a fine layer of Pampers(TM)? NOTHING soakes up wetness like Pampers(TM)!

considering how many billions of dollars (both private and public) that will be spent in the aftermath of the (so far 3rd wettest season on RECORD) I think a modest expendature of say 500 million dollars on ummm, wetness absorbing technology would, pay for itself. I'm going straight to the mayor with this tomorrow!
